This week, we’re talking to Duron Chandler, a project management executive and multifamily investor about why getting starting and staying committed are the keys to success.

Duron is skilled in Operations Management, Consumer Products, Sales, Continuous Improvement, and Process/Program Scheduler. He is a strong program and project management professional with a Certificate focused in Project Management from University of California, Irvine. Duron Chandler paid of $70K+ in debt with a plan and focus. A graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, he applied that same focus and discipline to begin investing in a small multifamily investment portfolio.

His life motto is “Run, Lift, Strive, Create”:

Run — put one foot in front of the other faster than a walking pace. Also run to and through your problems.

Lift — Lift weights to become physically strong. Also lift people up, lift up situations, be a lift to peoples spirits.

Strive — Swim and/or cycle further than you think you can go cause there is adventure in making it back home. Also push your boundaries to continue to learn and grow.
